5+ marathons since my very very broken and leaking body titanium and blood top up repairs now. Not as fast as I plan to get back to but all completed with a BIG smile on my dial.

I have my stash of Blast X ready and chatted with surgeons nursing staff and practice manager re post-surgical infections and medical insurance which is a topic I like as I get to fund a lot of insurance for several doctors (GPs) not nearly as much as the Surgical types for one main reason! My goal pre minor surgery next week is a sub 20min 5km run. I will settle for 21-22 minutes and do the sub 20 in Jan 2023 before a few booked 42 km runs. Warringal private hospital is just on 10km from me. I run near it a lot. Yarra river is my favorite bad habit running with my dog.

Nice to see a little share price appreciation occurring. Still surprised so little attention is applied to this quiet little gem.
