    Go look at the director buying before the announcement. These guys have bought all the stock while it was low and I bet they knew this deal was being obtained. This is how directors insider trade and I bet NOTHING will ever come of it. This is so blatant it is saying to ASIC you have no hope of ever doing anything about it.
