    I agree, it's a disgrace. Little guys like us have no chance against the big boys in the know.

    Anyway Alcoa should just make a play for awc. Management and the board are getting a free lunch from shareholders. It has to end. Why do they even bother having a ceo? They have no management control of the JV.

    Please Alcoa. End this misery before will get diluted to hell every year.
