todays fin review tells of a takeover bid from a US company called Scotts.
I was told about it third hand 2 days ago when the price was 8.5 cents. "the price will triple" it appeared the info was leaked widespread. The info was said to have come from high in the company.
i looked at the company financials and steered well clear. how such a well known company with large sales revenue doesnt make a profit shows how poor the management has been.
