    WES overpaid for KDR. WES were on a mission to buy a resource company at any price after the failed LYC bid. Price is what you pay, value is what you get. There's a large discrepancy between what they paid and the value they got, IMO. Why has no one gazumped their bid? Why has the KDR board recommended the bid? They know it's a bid too good to be true.
