I don't have a horse in this race anymore, so I am not suggesting you are wrong in saying there's manipulation.
It is a very easy claim to throw around though, ASIC rarely cares about the opinions of small holders who blame manipulation without evidence (and sometimes with).
What leads you to believe RWD is being manipulated?
