If that overflow of a whole 2K shares sell down to 14.5 cents wasn't a blatantly obvious tactic to keep PRR in a stagnant \ down cycle for chartists, I don't know what was!
At the end of the day it just fills me with more and more confidence that we have capping in place for accumulation purposes. Happy to hold!
