Senetas did this some years back. The oppies were way out of the money so they did a replacement issue @ 1c from memory.
Subsequently,the shareprice climbed on news & the oppies were converted "in the money" The result was a winwin but only after pressure was put on the Directors via substantial holders,represented by influential brokers.
