You can thank me for that also as I know who to talk to and that person is working very hard for this company. The other issues I found have also been sorted.
Not trying to blow my own trumpet here but the people who are the most vocal and negative about this company never make an effort to communicate directly. Nothing like a bat cave to feel brave and brainy.
