I just got off the phone talking to a builder mate of mine...............during the C-19 lockdown he was down to signing only 2-3 house building contracts in a month ..........they need at least 4 contracts a month to breakeven........and since the Builder/ Reno grant announced by the Govt he is so busy that they have signed at lease 10 house building contract each week since then he said................BLD and likes are definitely going to benefit...............the money will flow in next 6months to theses companies..............even if there is a second wave of covid,. BLD and likes should thrive as this money needs to be spent in the limited time or so......the stock showed a lot of resilience today......good investment ........hold on
