If you read the post nothing has failed. Just because a stock is trying to break a downtrend does not mean that it has broken a downtrend. The chart I posted above the one you've pasted is the subject of those words, it clearly shows that LYC has not broken out of its larger degree trend.
I said some time back that I had shifted from bearish to neutral, that's still the same.
