I reckon Timoney would have paid less than what he collected in directors fees - that's an opinion only but I reckon he's infront substantially after about 3 years of work.

There was a lot of sus stuff in the company - including money going to related entities not properly disclosed and clearly it should have been disclosed exactly what he paying for his stake in the Prospectus.
