Must be a very good ann't for shareholders...hard to imagine that it could be bad news.

I think that the thing with this ann't, presumably a prospectus for the U, is that it will keep the price up for a more prolonged period. Don't be surprised if the entitlement/record date is set for mid July or some time a little down the track. Interesting. Could be considerable press about uranium in the next month....perhaps the directors are counting on that and are trying to give BTV maximum exposure to it. Just a thought.
