Maybe. It gives isx a few more months to develop revenue and earnings, gain licenses to operate. But, if it is having an impact of customer growth orcretention then no.
needless to say in a large group of retail investors there will be plenty who are angry, and a few whose personsl situation would have changed significantly in this time and are desperate for any return.
