There is effectively a cap on SP due to the outstanding shares available to be placed from the shortfall of the SPP, so CR is still running. Until the time limit expires, or there is some very good news, we're unlikely to see the price break 6c. Realistically they should be north of 10c IMO, so a great time to buy from those who don't have the time and/or patience to hold on.
