'Investor confidence' will drop like a stone if they don't sort out their bank balance. Recent buying has been more about the slew of recent, albeit very positive, announcements rather than an understanding of their cash position.
Here's some interesting stats for the newbies -
* 2022/2023 Cash Burn rate = AUD$3mil (rounded)
* Sept 2023 Quarter Cash Burn rate = just under AUD$3.5m (rounded)
* Based on the last quarterly, BLG had $172K available cash, plus received $1.46m R&D rebate advance from Radium Capital on the 5th October.
* Revenue from activities for the month of October is unknown.
If there is an issue with the audit of the R&D rebate from the ATO, will R&D Capital be prepared to hand over more loan $'s based on an 'expected' R&D rebate?
Finally, for those with some sense of BLG's history, the terms 'Soon' and 'Shortly' will resonate loudly as terms of infamy with regard to BLG's, admittedly previous, management comments.
Again, lets hope the R&D rebate, of whatever amount, lands 'soon'er rather than later.
