Its a nice summary, @Holdtight, but it ignores the main, short-term problem - if there is a problem with the ATO review of the R&D rebate, the company will have to urgently seek funding as an alternative.
Given their publicly declared, available cash, my 'timeline of concern' is not the next 3-6 months - its the NEXT 30 DAYS.
For the third time, lets hope the R&D rebate, of whatever amount, lands 'soon'er rather than later. Remember, directors have a responsibility to keep the market informed so let's hope an announcement arrives in the next few days.
