Question is why this has occurred and how does it turn around.
I have 2 theories...
1. Mums and dads are doing it tough and they are the main players in this space. They are net sellers to fund cost of living increases. And
2. Regal merged with VGI partners and shifted their focus to short selling. Driving down stocks they can manipulate easily.
It will turn around again once it looks like rates moving down is the next RBA move.
