Good questions. I like the leverage that the SPP provides and it’s possibly more beneficial to smaller sized holdings or anyone with a higher average price than say 10c as it provides leverage plus helps to average down. I have a relatively large holding and a super nice average so the SPP is not as attractive as simply buying now at 3.2 or lower. It really depends on your specifics and your capacity to possibly take the SPP and buy here on market.
As to where the share price will be in 3-6 months from now, anyone’s guess is just that. Consider BluGlass as the only Aussie company selected to be part of the CHIPS funding via selection as a CLAWS member. This is incredibly prestigious and should lead to multiple business opportunities down the track. CLAWS has no doubt assisted us in our recently announced MOU. The transition to GaN lasers is happening despite the myriad of doubters mostly from within the incumbent technology players. BluGlass is one of only a few fully integrated specialist GaN players in an industry with deep & wide moats. My bet is we will attract a lot of new business slowly at first as well as a trickle of existing users who will transition to GaN until the trickle becomes a flood. Our biggest issue will be keeping up with demand soon. When Capacity becomes an issue and we need to find additional space, our share price will be multiples from here. Good luck punters.
