It is very interesting that Nvidia manufacture in Taiwan, when Nancy Pelosi visited in 2022 it was met with ballistic missile being fired over the island, part of the reason for her visit was to bring manufacturing to the US. Despite this Nvidia has pushed it's way up to the world's 4th most valuable stock, this is a very strong sign for the sector! I believe BLG is lagging due to the SPP that is underway, this sector is hot, I would not be surprised to see thi
s rise quite quickly from here making the SPP seem like even better value for those with the option of taking it up.
I was watching for a lower SP to increase my holdings but on Friday I decided to go all in with this stock, it is now over 50% of my portfolio. Technically it could test support in the range it has been trading or perhaps even lower, divergence has been my best friend lately in trying to find a turning point in a downward trending stock and that was my signal here.
watching the support build and the gravitational pull of the sector made my decision for me. My sentiment is changed to buy
