Haha, you made me go and relook when you mentioned a GC.
Not trying to be a smartass but I’d recommend only referring to a GC when it’s the 50 and 200 moving averages and if I was your coach I’d ask you to change from SMA’s to EMA’s.
IMO SMA’s are more suited to folks who only want to view a more smoothed out really long term outlook where as EMA’s (exponential ) are move of a faster and more accurate account of the real direction . Far more effective when actively watching the markets.
Now you might be using SMA’s for a very good reason that suits you therefore disregard this post.
