I can't see any sign of a disclosure, and the article definitely is not written in the voice of regular BLG announcements and presentations, so it appears to be an unsponsored, and independently produced article.
That is not to say there was no contact with BLG management. They quote Stefanie Winwood, and include a supplied photo. It is also quite possible that BLG initiated contact to give them the heads-up on the CR and offering an interview. But that is completely normal in news media, and not the same as paid endorsement or sponsored content, which must always be accompanied by a disclosure.
All IMO.
