Sorry Slick but I very strongly disagree with you on this 1 pip can not be considered a gap. If it had closed at 3.3 then opened at 3.4 that is not a gap in my opinion because no price point has been skipped, it simple moved to the next price point. Therefore if it touches the price point above, it is no longer a gap. Otherwise on the daily chart, these are the gaps. The ones in blue are gaps more than a single pip that I consider gaps
The smaller the timeframe you look at, the more gaps you will find. I know you like a 30min time frames so I will give you an example in the 30min. These are the 1 pip gaps there if you use that theory
