Given their dire financial position, I would believe any 'loan' would have to be announced as a 'material fact or change' to their financial position and the directors would have to announce it. I'm sure they will announce the receipt of the $7.3mil, once it's received.......
No, they are holding on by the 'skin of their teeth' to receive the $7.3m from the ATO. Fingers x'd holders that this example of 'prudent financial management' bears fruit.......
As I've said before, we shall probably never know how close this goes for BLG..... although as holders we should be asking that exact question!!!
