    That is the purpose of government grants and R&D tax credits.
    They allow a company to survive while they develop a product that takes years to perfect to a point where it is marketable.
    Governments don't just hand out the dollars on a plate to anyone. The product and the company need to show a lot of promise to have access to any such funding.
    The wardens of the purse strings believe in Bluglass, and so do I.
