You seem to be having trouble figuring out what is going on. Try reading more recent ASX releases, all readily available from HC here

My potted version, starting from my return to investing in BLG when Jim Haden joined.

Jim Haden led the push to GAN based lasers on chip. Then you could do some research into RPCVD and Distributed Feed Back lasers. Lasers On Chip can be quite small, I expect with aim of having maybe just one inside other devices at particular mainly visible wave lengths, or perhaps massed for other purposes, maybe for ablative use as distinct from heating. Time will tell.

Then do some research into government subsidies (specifically CLAWS) to make stuff that has never been made yet, that does not yet exist except as a need. For both US DoD and commercial use. The other side is the lead time to validation in existing types of industrial or scientific equipment, for new models.

BLG also supplies specialised GAN wafer foundry work, the most recent Patent sales income derives from this, paid work for a couple of years then the sale of derived IP to the customer in Europe. It is possible there may be ongoing work from this, or there may not be.

So I guess that makes BluGlass a specialist in process know how, led by a person with distinct track record in both problem solving, or providing direction in how to, and then, know how and contacts for commercialisation, but that last part applies to other board members too imho.

" It's funny how people who are new to investing don't understand that there is a 100% correlation between company's earning (i.e. ability to generate cash flows) and share price. "

Um if the the company had been generating cash flows, guessing by that you mean not generating a profit, I probably wouldn't be invested. But I do have a couple of dividend paying multinational company holdings going merrily on their way.

I would be very surprised if there were not a fee for SSLEEC.
