After 3 years on the board he has delivered next to nothing. Jim has been doing all the heavy lifting with the contacts in the CLAWS and NCSU. IMHO both Vivek and Jean Michel need to go and some more qualified relevant people need to be introduced. Jim must have contacts that are more qualified than these two. Not exactly to the same caliber as the WBT board.
Not sure when they are up for re-election, whether its this AGM or not, but I shall not be voting for their re instatement. Enough getting performance shares and paid for effectively nothing.
