I wasnt here for the previous raises.. did they already hit their annual placement limit.? From the presentation it seems they spent the money well over last few years.. Acquiring the fab for a steal. And acquiring talent. Raising capital is an art..too often, too much providing incentives etc.
I look at this raise in isolation..it has a contract win tied into it.. presentation said it's the first time they've offered that. Because they are confident a deal is in final stages of negotiation. Of a tier 1 that we will all know their name.. how much more of a hint can they give? usually spp raises are 30k limit. 1-4 rights etc. .they've gone to the trouble of increasing that limit to 100k by doing prospectus. Why would they do that.? whatever reasons, Shareholders have the opportunity to avoid dilution if they have the funds and can see the opportunity . But I understand why many can't / wouldn't..
