More than likely the SPP price will be 1c or 0.9c. Depends on the amount of selling today, tomorrow and Friday... Currently the VWAP of Monday and Tuesday is 1.0. The options and accompanying piggybacks are at super attract rates if this company can finally deliver on these anticipated deals.
This CR is ridiculously cheap and , unfortunately dilutive given the advancements of the company and record revenue numbers of the last 12 months. There is no question that this board have made a lot of mistakes with CR, especially the EXECUTIVE chairman. He should step aside and let someone else take it from here.
What keeps me invested is Jim Haden and the advancements he has made with the technology and inroads into DoD,( he has a long list of US contacts in the lazer space), the new advisory boards credentials who are prepared to take stock as payment and the $100m pipeline that has recently be announced for the first time created by advancements in contractual negotiations which will be followed up with required product supply for multiple years.
As a comparison, 4ds had a failed CR at 6c in Dec 2024, which turned into a 3.6c CR with a 1:1 option with the same strike in Feb 2025. (Also poor CR management and investor fatigue). Last week the SP reached 7.5c and currently sitting at 5.9c. IMHO, once these deals finally fall the SP will be able to recover towards 3c.
