    Just spoke to Andrew Dash - he is quite enthusiastic!

    Announcement will be made to the market tomorrow morning.....

    Carbon Energy will have exclusive use of their MDL near Chinchilla with no overlapping CSG issues.

    His understanding is also that Carbon Energy (now with exclusive use of JORC'd tenement) will be allowed to commercialize the technology on this tenement!
