Many shares between 10 and 20.cents have this problem. At 16.5 cents mix feels like a penny dreadful for a Listed property trust.
if mix considers remaining a long term company, than it should do a 10:1 share consolidation. Given how small mix is compared to the mirvac empire, mirvac management are likely to be very happy to sell this headache of an investment.
