This is a good deal for BDI who have not committed the earth for the project and they can increase their % holding if exploration goes well.
Not sure what to make of the resignation of the geologist but I am sure they can find another just as good.
Drilling during due diligence would be good to further derisk the project.I think we are finally on the right track to find a useful resource in Mongolia.
