I am new to Hot Copper so please excuse me if I am repeating...

I am new to Hot Copper so please excuse me if I am repeating things already said on the forum. I would like someone more informed than myself to give me advice as to TLM. I bought a few years back at 0.40c and have been holding out for the sale to go through with the hope that it would be rewarding. However, the reports that I have read seem to show that I am very likely to lose out. Could some please break it down in easy to understand language so that I know if its good to hold on longer or bail out knowing I have wasted several years. What do people think we will get per share- if I understand it correctly a sum of 0.22-0.24c per share plus retain existing shares. Will the share price drop or go up after ? If it drops then what is the point of issuing the 0.22-0.24c as it is of no benefit ? Again I am sorry if I bothering people with ridiculous request but I really do not understand fully and with 200,000 shares I would like to know what best to do.
