$3 share price values the company at $3 Billion with current number of share. Though review how many hundreds of millions of new shares issued in recent times and try to guess how many there will be (maybe they are trying to catch up with BHP with over 4 billion shares!).

I think their excessive share issues with apparent gay abandon is going to cap the sp well below a dollar even if their resource is as good as they think it is and they get into production. Note that U supply will increase dramatically over the next five years with the massive amount of exploration currently and the price may well start to fall by the time early players reach the market. Not to mention planned increased thorium use by the indian industry in time (all reactors being built to take advantage of thorium in the future).
