blind not lifted yet

The results are all in, there was a meeting on Wednesday at 11am the shares aren’t 2 cents yet, but the volume is way down. What does all this mean?
1 Either the blind is not yet lifted.
2 The results are ambiguous.
3 The cat is not out of the bag yet.
I believe the blind must not be lifted as yet otherwise the share price would be reflecting the results. The shares are still being manipulated downwards, so this is good as it means it is being stalked by the more informed than us.
