Hi Denial, Never underestimate the power of the people and informal networks (ie like hotcopper). DMOD or no DMOD I suspect pain is a more immediate concern of people with OA. 12 Injections with a booster once a year (maybe) versus constant need for Opioids (and their side effects). Its why there is already a pent up demand for IPPS. Once its available the word will get out and people will be demanding it, suppliers (ie Dr 's) will be forced to supply it. Lets see expensive surgery or far less expensive option first with a high probability of success ... I choose B.
Yet here we sit once again waiting for 2+ years to get access to something that has already shown excellent results with few AE's, around for 60+ years go figure. Lets get the PAY for SAS up and get on with supply I say.
