    Bossdog great post.

    I've got a 2cm thick book on my desk at home saying why I should 'Reject the Offer'. And the expert valuation supposedly confirmed $1.70 wasn't enough.

    If this isn't a class action in the making I don't know what is. Trouble is, who gets sued for the money?

    And in general, I definately believe retail investors are tired of the voltality.
