This is my first email to you as a long-time shareholder.

Todays phase I data was quite positive.

But I have noticed a discrepancy in the urine and blood concentrations.

This is what was expected based on previous data:

What was reported was:

So instead of 6000mg yielding blood plasma of 175ug/ml the result was 36.5ug/ml. With urine showing 570ug/ml instead of the expected 2300ug/ml.

I don't understand how the same compound can yield such vastly different concentrations.

Some light on this outcome would be greatly appreciated.
