There is a very simple solution to all this vote down the proposal, the good guys only need 26% to vote it down.
If you feel that you have been mislead by the company and it's directors, if you feel that you have been taken advantage of. If you feel that your life savings have been ripped from you and your family, simply vote down the offer. Let the company go into administration, that is way we have the rule of law, that is why the Corporations Act is there, that is why we have an independent judicary. Let's throw some light and transparency on this whole sordid mess.
