IMO
SGH will increase the offer (even at 4c it only costs them extra $26m) to avoid scrutiny. To many disenchanted NXS holders that may be enough to sway acceptance rather than seeking retribution and thus reducing the battle groups fire power.
For this reason its important to get some hungry lawyer chasing this down sooner rather than later.
The double edged sword being that an increased bid may get the takeover done but even more so would be a strong indication that the various previous conflicts are becoming worrisome to those involved.
