I reckon you're right Taipan. SGH want NXS now. They don't want it to go into VA. Otherwise why would they have put in a takeover offer.
Their trouble is that they put in a stupidly low offer which raises the possibility of the offer being rejected. When they see that I think they'll sweeten the offer. No thanks to NXS management though. Any increased offer will be due to the NEXUS battle team.
Regardless, Maurice Blackburn needs to get involved because of the abject failure of management. Management seem to have intentionally murdered this company. Hopefully they've renewed their director's insurance.
