Yes of course you should be worried, you made the wrong move and didn't protect it with a stop loss. How much research have you done? How disciplined is your trading plan, do you have a plan? Haspetes ta is always to be noted, hes pretty good, combine TA and FA dont be a one armed paper hanger. Asking an open forum like that shows your neive, your likely one of the multitude of crybaby thumbers, there are hundreds on this thread in your shoes, and a few using this thread to play you.
