Howdy Heeman - their resource is proved up. They are just ahead of us on the time continuum that's all. They can start signing up supply contracts because they have known grades. They are certainly not the first graphite mine, but they currently are the biggest with a proven resource - that gives them an advantage. Their cost of extraction (economies of scale) will most likely be lower as well due to abundant cheap labour. All the stuff we will have with time!
