    Ex dividend mainly I would think.

    Somebody with a significant investment in the company could be trawling through the death notices in the papers to keep tabs on market share, or monitoring death rates from the ABS. If somebody was bearish on the outlook they might sell down and add some extra weight to the ex dividend factor.
