You forgot to add the record low savings rate which, when combined with record high household debt and record low wages growth, will result in a wave of debt defaults as interest rates rise.
As for the positive GDP and employment figures, these lagging economic indicators invariably look best at major financial and economic tops (just as they did just prior to the GFC too).
