What should add additional value to the MC and share price is news over coming weeks/months on how and when the plant expansion is to exactly take place? This could take 6-12 months from approval to actually commercially viable 200+ k/oz p.a..

Depending on the final outcome here in terms of actual numbers across the board, the share price could triple from current value, or at least double from your $1 fair MC value within next 12 months, maybe triple?...

Conservatively;

200k/oz+ producer should be $600m MC+

250k/oz+ producer should be $900MC+
