Question then becomes- in a firesale is it worth more than $40M.

Put another way- you may be able to make 2 cents in a week, but you could lose 80%.

Market cap now under $50M. Debt approaching $40M. Debt to Equity 80%.

What happens if they have to make another top-up payment? There will be even less cash.
