I do agree with most of what has been said, about the rubbish from the previous quarters, and management and the reporting and the chance of the same disappointment next quarter. Also it is a dog and investors should stay clear, I would likely not take a second look if I had not already been invested already and invested the time in it. There are better prospects out there without the tainted record.

I was only answering the questions asked about EV and valuation and why there would still be buyers. My numbers were not a valuation but an upper limit on valuation by cashflow. I hold but did not consider buying yesterday after the extra 20% drop, because it could have been a warning of the financing deal collapsing. Now it seems they have sorted that out so that is 1 risk off the table but many remain...
