Does it really matter?

People try and measure credibility with motive. You measure credibility first and foremost with fact not motive.

If the facts survive scrutiny then how much further does motive take the facts?

Many people here aren't able to make that distinction.

Monty and a few others were calling out the BS while many people here still had their party hats on, myself included...

If I had taken notice and paid attention to the facts instead of the BS being dished out by management I'd be in a happier place now.
