Leo, just take your time and read the company announcements from the last 12 months. This will give you a picture of where the company is at and where it has come from. You could read a few of the HC threads too.
In short, the company is on the verge of production. Until production occurs all thoughts of fundamentals and financials are somewhat irrelevant.
